Day 1: NEW YORK – FINGER LAKES – NIAGARA FALLS
In the morning, we leave the Big Apple and head north, passing through the beautiful Delaware Water Gap on our way to Watkins Glen State Park, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. We will hike through Watkins Glen Canyon to visit its stunning waterfalls, then continue to Niagara Falls via Seneca Lake, arriving in the afternoon. (In winter, we visit Montour Falls instead of Watkins Glen State Park).
We’ll tour the U.S. side of Niagara Falls, including the American Falls, Goat Island, and its sister island. In the evening, enjoy the spectacular view of the illuminated waterfalls.

Day 2: NIAGARA FALLS – NEW JERSEY
After checking out, we’ll hear the thunderous sound of Niagara Falls. See the falls from Horseshoe Falls and feel their power aboard the Maid of the Mist (May to October). During winter (until April), when the Maid of the Mist is closed, we’ll visit the Power Vista Hydroelectric Station and the Cave of the Winds.
At midday, we head south into New York State. Along the way, we’ll enjoy a shopping excursion at one of the largest outlet malls, offering great deals on brand-name and designer goods. We arrive at our hotel in New Jersey in the evening.
Overnight: La Quinta Inn & Suites, Clifton – New Jersey
Day 3: NEW JERSEY – PHILADELPHIA – WASHINGTON, D.C.
We depart from New Jersey to Pennsylvania, arriving in the City of Brotherly Love—Philadelphia. In the historic district, we’ll visit the Liberty Bell, a symbol of American independence, Constitution Square and Hall, Congress Hall, and Elfreth’s Alley, the oldest continuously inhabited residential street in the nation.
We’ll continue with a panoramic tour of the financial district, Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Historic Philadelphia, and more. As we leave the city, we’ll pass by the famous “Rocky Steps.”
We then head to Lancaster County, home to the Amish community.
Here, we’ll take a fun and educational ride in an authentic Amish buggy through the farms to learn how the Amish live without modern conveniences such as electricity, running water, phones, or appliances. We’ll discover how they adapt and create self-sufficient farms using renewable energy sources.
After exploring this unique culture, we’ll visit an Amish marketplace, where you can purchase handmade crafts and goods.
In the afternoon, we continue to Washington, D.C.

Our next stop is Capitol Hill, where we’ll see the U.S. Capitol and the White House, learning about the core institutions of the American government.
