DAY 1 Peru tour: Arrival in Lima
Experience the special Peru tour with Machu Picchu and culture. Upon your arrival at Lima’s Jorge Chávez International Airport, a transport and a representative will pick you up to transfer you to the selected hotel.

DAY 2 Peru tour: Lima | City Tour and Larco Museum
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel to start your tour of Lima’s Historic Center. You will begin by visiting Casa Aliaga, a colonial mansion with over 5 centuries of history and considered the oldest house in the Americas. Then, you will explore the Plaza Mayor (Main Square), recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can tour the imposing Lima Cathedral. To conclude, you will visit the Larco Museum, located in an 18th-century viceregal mansion. Here, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in over 5,000 years of ancient Peruvian history. This tour is shared with other passengers.

DAY 3 Peru tour: Lima – Cusco | City tour and nearby archaeological sites
A transport service will take you from the selected hotel to Lima’s Jorge Chávez International Airport.
Domestic flight from Lima to Cusco (FLIGHT NOT INCLUDED)
Upon your arrival at Cusco’s Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport, a transport and a representative will pick you up to transfer you to the selected hotel.
Enjoy a guided tour of the charming and magical city of Cusco, former capital of the Inca empire. With the group, you will visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, located on the site of the ancient temple of Coricancha. Next, you will see the Cathedral Basilica of the Virgin of the Assumption, Cusco’s main temple. Afterwards, you will explore the hills of Cusco, starting with the Fortress of Sacsayhuamán, and then tour the archaeological complex of Qenqo. You will continue with a visit to the military architectural complex of Puca Pucará and the ruins of Tambomachay, also known as the Inca Baths. Finally, you will return to the selected hotel. It should be noted that this tour is shared with other passengers.

The Cusco Tourist Ticket (BTC), included in the itinerary, is a personal, non-transferable document that grants access to 16 important attractions in Cusco and its surroundings, such as Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Puca Pucará, and Tambomachay. It also allows entry to various sites in the Sacred Valley Circuit, such as Ollantaytambo, Pisac, Moray, and Chinchero.

DAY 4 | Cusco – Sacred Valley | Chinchero, Ollantaytambo and Yucay Living Museum
A vehicle will pick you up in the morning to take you to the picturesque town of Chinchero. You will begin by exploring the impressive agricultural terraces and the 17th-century church, built on an ancient Inca palace and recognized as one of the first Catholic buildings in Peru. En route, you will make a stop at a viewpoint to enjoy the spectacular landscapes of the Sacred Valley. Then, you will visit the Yucay Living Museum, where you can witness the creation of textiles, adobe crafts, ceramics, and silverware using ancient Inca techniques. You will enjoy an exquisite typical lunch in the Sacred Valley.
After lunch, you will head to the imposing Fortress of Ollantaytambo, an important ceremonial center known for its impressive agricultural terraces that extend up the slopes of the surrounding mountains. At the end of this full-day tour, you will return to the hotel to rest and absorb the renewed Inca spirit. This tour is shared with other passengers.

DAY 5 | Sacred Valley Excursion – Machu Picchu – Cusco
A transport will pick you up from your hotel in Urubamba (Sacred Valley) and transfer you to the Ollantaytambo train station. This transfer is shared with other passengers.
*Please note that, as this is a shared transfer, the pick-up window is up to 30 minutes.
Embark on the Inca Rail Voyager train from Ollantaytambo station to Aguas Calientes station (Machu Picchu Pueblo). Upon arrival at your destination, you will receive assistance. For your return to Ollantaytambo station, you will board the 360° train. Both journeys last approximately one and a half hours each, and schedules are subject to availability.
Aguas Calientes, located on the slopes of Machu Picchu, offers a vibrant handicraft market, a variety of restaurants, and accommodation options. Just a 25-minute bus ride away is Machu Picchu, an impressive feat of engineering and architecture believed to have served as a sanctuary and retreat for the Inca Pachacutec. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the Modern World, Machu Picchu, meaning “Old Mountain,” captivates with its historical splendor and natural majesty. At the end of the visit, you will return by bus to Aguas Calientes to begin your journey back to Cusco. This tour is shared with other passengers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MACHU PICCHU:
ENTRANCE AND GUIDING:
- The first entry to the citadel mandatorily requires the accompaniment of a guide. Please note that the guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- The visiting route to the Machu Picchu citadel and schedules are subject to availability.
- For the purchase of Machu Picchu tickets, it is necessary to send the full name, date of birth, nationality, and passport number of the passengers, which must match the valid passport that will be used for the trip. It is important to note that citadel entrance fees are non-refundable from the time of purchase.
LUGGAGE/EQUIPMENT:
- If staying in the Sacred Valley, luggage will be transferred to the hotel in Cusco. If staying overnight in Cusco, luggage will remain in the hotel’s storage.
- Bring the same document you presented to the agency, as train tickets and Machu Picchu entrance will be issued with the same information.
- On all train services to Machu Picchu, passengers may only carry hand luggage (backpack, bag, or small suitcase) weighing no more than 5kg / 11lb on the train to/from Machu Picchu. You will find your luggage at your chosen hotel.
